Intranet Suite

Live

Stop paying Microsoft or Google to store your organisation's data outside the EU. Same features, your server, your rules.

€15/moinfrastructure, vs about €400

The cost comparison, honestly

A twenty-person organisation pays between €240 and €600 a month for Microsoft 365, forever, rising whenever the licensing changes. The same capability self-hosted runs on a Hetzner VPS for roughly €15 a month in infrastructure, because the software is open source. What you pay us is a one-time deployment, not a permanent tax per employee.

What is actually in the stack

BookStack for structured internal knowledge, versioned and searchable. Paperless for the document archive with full-text OCR, so a scanned contract from 2019 is findable by a phrase inside it. Nextcloud for files, which behaves like Google Drive but stays in your building. Jitsi for encrypted video meetings with no accounts and no licences. Plus an encrypted internal messaging portal for organisations handling sensitive material.

Who this matters most for

Care providers, legal practices, financial services: anyone whose regulator asks pointed questions about where personal data is processed. For those organisations the current answer is often uncomfortable. This makes it a one-sentence answer.

What you get
  • Knowledge base, document archive, file storage, video meetings and secure chat
  • SOPs and policies searchable and versioned in BookStack
  • Scan a document once, find it forever: full-text OCR via Paperless
  • GDPR compliant by architecture, not by checkbox
  • No per-user licence, so growing the team does not grow the bill
Software is open source. Setup and deployment is a one-time cost.
