The short version
This website uses cookieless analytics that collects no personal data and needs no consent banner. Session recordings mask everything you type. The contact form emails us what you wrote and stores it nowhere else. We do not sell, share or profile. Everything is hosted in the European Union.

What we collect, and why

Where it lives
Analytics and session data are processed on our own servers at Hetzner Online GmbH in Helsinki, Finland. Contact form messages are delivered to a mailbox hosted in the EU. Nothing on this website sends data to Google, Meta, Amazon, Microsoft or any other US provider. Fonts are served from this domain, not from a font CDN.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies for analytics, advertising or tracking. If a future feature requires a cookie that is not strictly necessary, we will ask first.
Who else sees it
Nobody, in the ordinary course. We do not sell personal data, share it with advertisers, or use it to build profiles. If we are legally compelled to disclose something, we will do so only to the extent required and will tell you where we can.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you and provide a copy
- correct it if it is wrong
- delete it
- restrict or object to how we use it
- provide it in a portable format
Email us and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority. In Finland that is the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi); in the Netherlands, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).
Our products are a separate matter
This policy covers pmgsinternational.com only. When we build or host software for a client, the client is the data controller for their own users and we act as processor under a data processing agreement. Those arrangements are set out in the contract for each project.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top and, where it affects you, tell you directly.
