The step that was actually annoying
It was never the drawing. It was save, name the file, find the file, attach the file. Closing the editor now puts the annotated image straight on the clipboard, so the next thing you do is paste. That single change removed most of the friction.
Eight utilities, one app
Clipboard manager, colour picker, file cutter, batch rename, duplicate finder and several more, each previously a separate menubar icon and several of them a separate subscription. Said honestly: they were never all in daily use, so treat that as a capability claim rather than a measured saving.
No network, enforced
It makes zero network connections at runtime and the test suite fails if that ever changes. OCR runs on-device through Apple's Vision framework. No account, no telemetry.
